It's a priority delivery attempt system. Our success rate inside the Ring Road is exceptionally high (over 90%), but same-day delivery is classified as a priority attempt within our 2PM Express SLA.

The strict cutoff for 2PM Express pickup requests is 1:30 PM daily. Requests after this time are processed for first-window delivery the next morning under Normal Delivery.

Phase 1 focuses exclusively on areas inside the Kathmandu Valley, with pickup available inside the Kathmandu Ring Road.

We use SLA-based handling with granular reason tracking. If an attempt fails, the vendor is notified instantly via the dashboard with the specific reason and proof of attempt.
